Wheelchair Fashion: Easter Casual
My gosh has this week passed in a blur of 'huh?'. I literally didn't know today was Easter until a couple of hours ago - good thing I don't buy Easter eggs - & thought today was Wednesday, meaning I still had days to write this post, right up until that moment so this is going to be short & sweet. (Meaning short, possibly incoherent but full of pictures cause I've already edited those ^^)
The top is new in George at ASDAs (like all my clothes recently) & also comes in cream, if you're lucky you'll still be able to get one ^^ The jeans are also from ASDAs, the long vest top is from hush (who have a great selection of long vest tops atm) & the shoes are old. The contouring is done using something new from illamasqua I just got & am still on the fence about, but hopefully there will be an actual makeup review coming in the near future
Photos were taken in town during a (very dumb) trip in I had early in the week when it was mind numbingly cold & very windy. I ended up taking these in a covered over arcade as it was the only place I could find that was both out of the wind & not blaring three different kinds of music at full volume (does anyone else find that the tendency of everywhere to play music super loud makes going out very difficult?).
Anyway, I think this outfit is the kind of effortlessly smart-casual spring look that works perfectly for visiting relatives or other Easter activities....not that I'd thought it through when I wore it but if I was doing anything especially Easter-y this weekend, this is what I would be wearing (does eating mini-eggs count as especially Easter-y?).
Hope you have a great easter
Such a gorgeous top! Mini eggs are an Easter tradition in my mind :)

I love the crochet pattern of the top!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great? I don't normally like crochet tops but this one is super cute :)

Oh, you look absolutely lovely in these photos and the top looks really interesting. :-)
ReplyDeleteAww, thank you ^^ The detail in the top is so fun & spring-y (not a word but should be ^^)
