Quarterly Favourites: 03/15 - 06/15

I realised I haven't done a beauty post in an AGE! I only really wear makeup for ootd posts & when I go to powerchair football these days so I don't buy a lot of new makeup (I'm trying to use up my old stores) & I have such short hair that I don't really do any styling :)

I think the only new makeup I've bought in an age is the Illamasqua Gel Sculpt which is supposed to be this wonder product for contouring.....and it is pretty amazing. Apparently there is some kind of black pigment suspended in a clear gel so it contours naturally on everyone....it's a little dark on me unless I blend it really well but it really is a nice product! It goes onto the skin really slick & cool...I just love using it....I wish it came in a lipstick sized bullet but other than that I adore it :)

The brush I use to blend out the Gel Sculpt thing is the Real Techniques Bold Metals Flat Contour brush. It's a really great blending brush, the hair is really dense so it blends really easily, there is no way I would be able to use this contour product without it, it'd just be too dark.

Okay, off of contour. I am living for the Adore hair dyes, the pastels are such great shades & they dye my hair so beautifully. I love having bright hair, it makes me feel super pretty when I'm lounging in boring old pjs & a gross fraying cardigan & I haven't washed in a week....
I keep my hair in pretty good condition (even though I've bleached it & don't look after it especially well) using the Bleach Reincarnation Mask - which is amazing - & the Aussie Mega Instant dry shampoo - which is also great.

What else did I photograph? Erm the Soap & Glory SPF 50 suncream. It's a lot cheaper than the last SPF 50 suncream I used (the Alpha-H one). It's great underneath makeup but it's even better over my tattoos. Apparently you need to suncream tattoos & I kept forgetting to put suncream on (mostly because I was obsessing about using a body suncream & it was one step too many ^^).

Oh & finally the random things.
My favourite mints are SenCha Green Tea Mints in Moroccan Mint which I MAINLINE most of the time when I'm nauseous & struggling not to puke.
My favourite colour film for my film camera is Fujifilm Superia X-tra ISO 400 & my favourite black & white film is the Ilford HP5 Plus ISO 400........random much?

I hope you've enjoyed this favourites post, it's been so long since I've done one that it felt mega uncomfortable but hopefully it didn't read that way :)
