Review - Best of Therapie
I LOVE the Therapie range. Roques O'Neil - founder of the brand & world leading aromatherapist - has become one of my favourite people because of the effectiveness of these products & I thought I'd share with you guys how much I love them.I have already reviewed the Therapie Himalayan Bath Salts - which is the brand's iconic product - but today I will review two products that I love even more...the Boost Hair & Body Wash & the Aura Restore Spray.
Boost Hair & Body Wash
If the Himalayan Bath Salts put you to sleep, this is what wakes you up. It is my hero product for days when I need to be up & about but haven't slept, for days when I am zoned so far out that I can hardly see & for those days in the dead of winter when the lack of light won't let your body believe it's day. Apparently this is because it naturally boosts circulation & opens your airways....
..whatever, it works.
This body wash apparently contains "organic Aloe & refreshing, clarifying oils of Spearmint, Rosemary, Basil, Geranium, Grapefruit & Fragonia" but the it smells kind of herb-y & marginally citrus-y.
One of the other things that I love about this shower gel is that it is one of the only things that really pulls all that sweat off. I would never use it on hair cause it would strip it completely dry but if you are like me - a.k.a. sweaty & sleepy - this stuff is essential.

- This isn't cheap (£19)
- It's not really designed for your hair, whatever they say
Would I buy this again?
Definitely, I don't know that I would ever like to be without this...
Restore Aura Spray
This is one of the best products I own. Just, full stops. Any time I leave the house I have this in my handbag & if I'm tired or stressed or headache-y I spritz it all over my face.
This just refreshes & boosts everything until you feel much more normal.
Apparently the reason this works is because it's 'formulated with organic Rose & Frankincense water, tropical Basil, cold-pressed Lemon Oil & crystal essences of Rose Quartz & Amethyst' which rebuild your energy field. I don't know that I buy into this whole 'aura repair', 'crystal essences' thing but I do know that this stuff works unbelievably well. I wouldn't put it past them to be legitimately using magic to creating this stuff, it is that good!
