Wheelchair Fashion: Spots, Crochet & Golden Balloons

Totally randomly my energy seems to have balanced itself out. M.E. has serious problems with logic or doing things in a way that it is possible to understand.

I have definitely possibly been running myself a little hard making the most of the extra energy, the sunny weather & the fact that my brother is home from Uni. I left the house two days in a row in proper clothes, with makeup on having done my hair! A week ago (even the day before) I would have struggled to do any one of those things even once, M.E. is a weird weird condition.

Anyway, these pictures are from an 'emergency' trip to town for my brother's uni project which ended up being a whole load of little jobs taking a whole morning & ending in lunch out. It's still weird to think about it like that when the sun light alone should have been too tiring. The payback for all of this is going to be a beeyatch!

This outfit is based around another one of the cute crochet tops from ASDAs & the golden balloon necklace from Modcloth. Everything else are old faithfuls you've probably seen a hundred times already (the skirt is from Modcloth, the belt is from ASOS, the shoes are super old & I think the tights are from accessorize...& the bag is from Zara).

Note the nude opaque tights, great investment for fashionable spoonies who either have cold legs all year round (me) or who struggle to shave their legs (also me). They may not be super glamorous but they work better with summer colours than black tights.

I'm so glad to be back in summer clothes, not that I don't like autumn clothes but I hate winter weather & wearing a coat everywhere gets on my last nerve ^^  I bet I'll be cursing the sun in a couple of weeks like true English gal but right now I'm loving the good weather & trying to soak up as much of it as I can ^^

How have you been enjoying the weather? Or are you already missing winter?

Isn't it just, it was so nice to be able to be out in it without sunglasses for a change ^^

  4. Tights are such an essential. My mum can't stand them but I have a huge crate full of them in my room ^^
